Overview
This training course is designed for Totalview users who need to create custom reports using Crystal Reports XI and SmartSync Exchange. Upon successful completion of this course, you will have the necessary knowledge and skills to:
- Interpret, understand and use TotalView SmartSync Data Exports in a Crystal Reports environment to support enterprise reporting needs
- Integrate Crystal Reports & TotalView SmartSync Data Exports
- Plan, design and deploy custom reports based on your dynamic enterprise reporting needs in your TotalView environment
Who Should Attend
The persons attending this course should be responsible for planning, developing and managing enterprise reports using Crystal Reports.
Prerequisites
- Understanding of the full functionality of TotalView (Forecasts, Plans, Schedules, Change Management, WebStation, and Reports).
- Understanding of basic database concepts and contact center terminology
- Familiarity with Windows operating system

Basic skills in Microsoft Access is an advantage but not required
It is recommended that the attendees complete the TotalView Database Training Course and Process Training Course. (Remedial training on TotalView concepts will not be covered in this course. Gaining an understanding of the TotalView data repository available in SmartSync Data Exports is dependant on an understanding of the functions of the TotalView Workforce Management System.)

Training Locations
This course is delivered by Symmetrics at the IEX facility in Richardson, Texas using a generic SmartSync database. Contact Symmetrics or IEX for requests regarding on-site delivery using your database.
Workstation Requirements
- One TotalView/Crystal Reports XI workstation per student preferred.
- Minimum of one TotalView workstation per two students is required.
