Keeping you informed - our improved newsletter

With a new look and coming back from a brief hiatus, the goal of our newsletter is to provide you with valuable BI resources and also provide you with information on Symmetrics' activities you can leverage. Our new newsletter is organized according to our primary market focuses:

The CONACT CENTER BI Zone within the newsletter is targeted at our contact center contacts – our existing and potential customers, partners and associates. This zone will help you learn how to extract relevant information from your contact center systems, including your Nortel, IEX and other contact center applications. You’ll be able to read about reporting tips, contact center–specific BI information and updates on our nVISION solution suite.

The ENTERPRISE BI Zone is for all of our contacts who are not contact center centric. For our consulting and training contacts that leverage our expertise in BI across their entire enterprise, we will provide you with relevant information on BI as well as tips and tricks on the Crystal/Business Objects suite of products to make your reporting tasks a little easier.

Q: When I multi-select fields, they all take on the same formatting characteristics. I don't understand why one field's formatting takes precedence over others. How do I know which characteristics will be transferred to the other fields?

A: Whichever field has the resizing and moving "handles" around it is the field whose characteristics will transfer to the others.
