nVision Data Mart Achieves Nortel Select Product Status
We are very proud to announce that our nVISION Data Mart solution has achieved Select Product status with Nortel. Via this program, Nortel selects innovative products from its Developer Partners that strategically complement Nortel communications platforms and create significant value for Nortel customers.
Nortel contracted resellers and distributors can now purchase the nVISION product directly from Nortel, helping to extend the reach and sales of our product into the Nortel contact center market.

More Nortel Distributors Become Symmetrics Resellers
We're pleased to announce that we have recently signed two new partner agreements. Voice Data Systems and Black Box are both Nortel distributors who will be reselling our various solutions. Their Nortel customer-base are seeing the benefits that the nVISION solution suite and our reporting expertise can bring to their contact center operations.
