Mark Cunningham brings to Symmetrics more than 15 years of software industry experience. Since starting Symmetrics in 1996, Mark has been instrumental in growing the organization and developing an enviable customer list which includes Nike, Pfizer, USPS, Xerox, Microsoft, Veritas, People Soft, and Nortel Networks. Recognizing a customer requirement to more efficiently manage the contact center, Mark initiated the development of nVISION, a multi-tiered Contact Center Performance Management application which delivers data integration, reporting, analytics and information management.

Prior to starting Symmetrics, Cunningham joined his brother Terry Cunningham and the Cunningham Investment Group to develop the software industry's first Windows based reporting tool - Crystal Reports. Crystal Services developed its flagship product, Crystal Reports, and strategically partnered with Microsoft and over 200 other OEMs to make Crystal Reports the world's number one reporting tool. In 1994, the Cunningham Investment Group sold their company to Seagate Technology which became Crystal Decisions and later was acquired by Business Objects.

Mark holds a Civil Engineering degree from the University of British Columbia.
